Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Themia ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

License

Themia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application on your personal computer(s), subject to these terms.

  • Free tier: You may use the free version of Themia with the limitations described on our website (up to 5 widgets, 1 screen).
  • Pro tier: Upon purchasing a valid license, you receive access to all features of Themia Pro. The license is for personal use and is tied to your license key.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Application or your license key
  • Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass or circumvent license verification

Purchases and Refunds

All purchases of Themia Pro are processed through LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. LemonSqueezy handles payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing. Refund requests are subject to LemonSqueezy's refund policy and may be requested within 14 days of purchase.

Updates

Themia Pro includes free updates within the current major version (v1.x). Future major versions may require a separate purchase. We reserve the right to modify the Application and its features at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Themia and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
