What it does
Records how you are feeling on a fixed five-point scale (awful, bad, okay, good, great), each with its own face icon. You can attach a short note to an entry, which is often where the useful part is.
The history renders as a calendar heatmap over a number of weeks you choose, so a bad fortnight reads as a block of colour rather than as a list you have to interpret. Summary statistics can be shown alongside.
The scale is deliberately fixed at five points. Making it resizable would silently change what previously-logged numbers meant.
Where the data comes from
Entirely local, stored in the widget’s own settings on your machine, the same approach the To Do widget uses for its local lists. Nothing touches an account, a server or the network.
Given what this widget records, that matters more here than for most: your entries are yours, on your disk, and are only included in a Themia export if you make one.
Limits
- Five-point scale only, by design.
- One entry per logging moment; there is no mood-over-the-day curve.
- No export to CSV or health apps; the data lives in your Themia configuration.
