Volume
Master output volume and mute, on the desktop.

What it does
A single row (mute button, slider, percentage) controlling the master volume of your default output device. Dragging the slider changes the system volume live; moving it above zero clears mute. The icon toggles mute.
It also reflects changes made elsewhere: the widget re-reads the system volume every 1.5 seconds, so adjusting volume from the taskbar or a keyboard key updates the widget. That polling pauses while you are dragging, so the slider never fights your hand.
The layout stays one row at every size, with the slider taking the spare width.
Where the data comes from
The Windows audio endpoint directly, via WASAPI. Local, no network.
Limits
- This widget is marked experimental.
- Default output device only. It does not switch devices or control per-application volume.
- With no output device present the widget shows its last known state rather than erroring.
